Bryan Singer's eagerly anticipated Superman Returns,
scheduled for a 2006 release, finally has a name announced for the
title role - Brandon Routh. The 25 year old actor has previously
appeared in numerous TV series including Will and Grace,

Almost as soon as the last James Bond film was released

was repeatedly quoted as saying it would be his last time in the
Bond role. Now finally its been confirmed along with who his sucessor

A Scanner Darkly
Set in a future world where America has lost the war on drugs,
undercover cop Fred is one of many agents hooked on the popular
drug Substance D, which causes its users to develop split personalities.
Fred, for instance, is also Bob, a notorious drug dealer. Along
with his superior officers, Fred sets up an elaborate scheme to
catch Bob and tear down his operation.
Yet another adaption of a Philip K. Dick book (previous adaptions
include Minority Report, Paycheck and Blade Runner). From the details
currently released, this looks like being an attempt at Jekyll and
Hyde for the 2000's, with Keanu Reeves currently set to play Fred/Bob.
